Welcome to use Garsync Sports Assistant (hereinafter referred to as "this Service")! Before you register as a member of Garsync Sports Assistant (hereinafter referred to as "Member"), please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this Garsync Sports Assistant Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), especially the clauses marked in bold. If you have any questions about the content of this Agreement, please do not proceed to the next step. Your act of agreeing to and signing this Agreement indicates that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and agree to abide by this Agreement and relevant rules.
1.1 This Agreement is jointly entered into by you and Chengdu Unicgames Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company"), the operating entity of Garsync Sports Assistant. The content of this Agreement includes the main text of the Agreement, various service sub-agreements, individual service rules, announcements, notices, etc. All relevant agreements, rules, announcements, notices and other documents that form part of this Agreement shall have the same legal effect as the main text of this Agreement.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement from time to time as needed. If there are any changes to the terms of this Agreement, we will announce them through website announcements, system notifications, in-site messages and other means. Your continued use of this Service shall be deemed as your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you shall stop using this Service and contact us to cancel your membership qualification.
After subscribing to the membership service, you can enjoy unlimited cross-sports platform data synchronization services. With your authorization, we will access the third-party sports platform accounts designated by you to realize the acquisition, integration and synchronization of sports data. You understand and agree that the effect of data synchronization is subject to the interface policies and stability of third-party platforms, and we do not make absolute guarantees regarding the timeliness, completeness of synchronization and the availability of third-party services.
(1) Training Plans and Nutrition Programs: Based on the personal physical data, sports goals and preferences provided by you, we will generate personalized training plan and nutrition program suggestions for you through AI algorithms. Such suggestions are only for general fitness and nutrition information reference, and do not constitute professional medical, health diagnosis or prescriptions.
(2) Training Data Analysis and Suggestions: We will analyze the training data synchronized or uploaded by you, and provide analysis reports and improvement suggestions. Such analysis and suggestions are only intelligent feedback based on data.
We offer three subscription cycles: monthly, quarterly and annual. The specific price shall be subject to the current price displayed in the APP at the time of your subscription. We reserve the right to adjust the subscription price according to operational needs, and the adjustment shall take effect at the start of the renewal cycle. We will notify you in an appropriate manner in advance.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, the auto-renewal mechanism typically applies. Unless you explicitly cancel auto-renewal, your membership subscription will be automatically renewed for the next identical cycle at the end of the current cycle. You understand and agree that the subscription fee for the next cycle will be automatically deducted from your payment account within 24 hours before the expiration of each cycle. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal through the relevant payment platform or the settings in our APP.
If you paid via WeChat Pay or Alipay, the subscription is usually a one-time payment for a specific period rather than an auto-renewing subscription. Therefore, you need to manually renew your membership when it is about to expire. You can also choose to make a one-time payment for a longer period (e.g., one year) to avoid frequent renewal operations.
3.1 You shall use an account that you legally own and have the right to use (such as email address, mobile phone number, third-party platform authorized account) to register and use this Service.
3.2 You understand and agree that, to realize the data synchronization function, you need to authorize us to access the third-party sports platform accounts designated by you. You shall ensure that you have the legal right to use such third-party accounts, and bear any risks and liabilities arising from account authorization on your own. We promise to process relevant data only in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
3.3 You shall not transfer, lend, donate or share the membership service to any other third party in any form, or use it for any commercial purposes.
4.1 You shall pay the membership fee for the corresponding cycle at the time of subscription through the payment methods designated by us.
4.2 Except as otherwise provided by law, the membership fee is non-refundable once paid. We are unable to provide refunds for deductions caused by your personal reasons (such as misoperation, failure to cancel auto-renewal in a timely manner, etc.).
5.1 Disclaimer for AI Suggestions: You understand and confirm that all training plans, nutrition programs, data analysis and suggestions provided by us through the AI Personal Trainer function are only reference information based on algorithms and general knowledge, and cannot replace professional medical opinions, health consultations or coach guidance. You shall adjust your exercise and diet under the guidance of professional physicians or coaches in combination with your own physical conditions. We shall not be liable for any physical injury, health problems or property losses caused by relying on or implementing such AI suggestions.
5.2 Service Interruption and Data Risks: We will make every effort to ensure the stability and security of the Service, but we shall not be liable for any service interruption, delay, data loss or error caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, network problems, device compatibility and other reasons. It is recommended that you back up important data regularly on your own.
5.3 Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall the total amount of our liability for breach of contract or damages to you exceed the total membership fees you have paid to us for the service that caused such liability.

Our customer service team will make every effort to respond to your inquiries during normal working hours on working days (excluding statutory holidays). For complex issues, we may need more time to investigate and reply, and we appreciate your understanding.
(1) To protect the security and privacy of your account, please do not disclose core security information such as your account password, payment password, SMS verification code when communicating through customer service channels. Our customer service personnel will never ask for such information for any reason.
(2) Please contact customer service through the officially confirmed channels mentioned above. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any third-party contact methods (such as personal accounts, unofficial groups, etc.) that have not been officially announced by us, and you shall identify them on your own to prevent risks.
Our customer service can assist you with the following issues, including but not limited to: consultation on service functions, subscription and payment issues, feedback on general technical failures, reporting of abnormal account situations, interpretation of agreements and rules, acceptance of suggestions and complaints, etc. For data source issues involving third-party sports platforms, compatibility issues of your personal devices, or individual cases requiring professional medical/fitness guidance, the support capability of customer service may be limited, and we will make every effort to provide guidance.
We value your experience. If you are not satisfied with our services or the handling by customer service, you can file a complaint through customer service channels. We will follow up and handle it within a reasonable time and give feedback.
We attach great importance to your privacy. Please carefully read and abide by our separately published Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information. This Policy constitutes an effective part of this Agreement.
8.1 You have the right to cancel the auto-renewal of membership in the APP or by contacting customer service at any time. After cancellation, the current paid cycle will continue until its natural expiration, and then the service will be automatically terminated.
8.2 We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of membership services to you if you violate this Agreement (such as abuse of services, engaging in illegal activities, etc.), without refunding the fees already collected.
9.1 The conclusion, entry into force, interpretation, revision, supplementation, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where our main place of business is located for litigation resolution.
9.3 If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforcement of other clauses.
